When the crisis burst and companies started to experience it’s difficulties, people have also started to wonder about the causes of such a late or weak reaction.

Why haven’t they innovated? For a series of reasons…

Group dynamics can be an obstacle to change as big as individual people attitudes. In all truth, a collective resistance factor to change, that illustrates this dynamic, it’s the fact that the group  naturally takes as it’s own the dominating position or the position of who dominates, that in case of being contrary contaminates the collective.
