- Coaching, consisting in partnering for a limited period of time with key executives, creating a one-to-one relationship that provides continuous and pragmatic advice about the best way of achieving the intended outcomes. This direct relationship offers managers the opportunity to think freely outside many of the normal constraints found with in in-house meetings and planning sessions.

- Consultancy services where we perform assessments and evaluations, define action plans, monitor implementation and advice you.

- Outsourcing and make it happen: no-one launches a final report or a 5cm thick document. When there’s a need of getting the benefits of a full innovation team without the time or the budget to do it internally, we can act as your own innovation team.
